Airport Intelligence FAQ

Before using airport information.

Airport Intelligence is Aerxia’s destination research layer for business aviation, designed to organize airport-level operational information and connect it directly with mission support.

Yes. Airport Intelligence is structured to support searches by ICAO code, IATA code, airport name and city.

No. Airport Intelligence is designed as an operational research resource. Official aeronautical publications, current NOTAMs, authority information and mission-specific requirements should still be reviewed before flight.

Individual airport pages should display a review or update date. Because operating conditions, fees, procedures and availability can change, information should be verified for the actual mission.

The airport can still be submitted for destination review and flight support even if a dedicated Airport Intelligence page has not yet been published.

Yes. Each airport page should connect directly into the Aerxia support workflow with the airport already identified in the request.

Airport pages can include operational context for handling, aviation fuel, parking and destination services. Current supplier availability and pricing should be confirmed for each mission.
